In Maggie Stiefvater's Shiver, Grace and Sam found each other. Now, in Linger, they must fight to be together. For Grace, this means defying her parents and keeping a very dangerous secret about her own well-being. For Sam, this means grappling with his werewolf past . . . and figuring out a way to survive into the future. Add into the mix a new wolf named Cole, whose own past has the potential to destroy the whole pack. And Isabelle, who already lost her brother to the wolves . . . and is nonetheless drawn to Cole. At turns harrowing and euphoric, Linger is a spellbinding love story that explores both sides of love -- the light and the dark, the warm and the cold -- in a way you will never forget.
Comes out in stores everywhere July 20th. Pre-order here.

Well, I can see being sick for most of December really messes up my resolution to post everyday. Now I will simply say that I will try to post everyday but will make a point of posting at least once a week. Although being sick I wasn't able to post anything I did get to read several good books. I read L.A. Banks books 1, 2 in her Sasha Trudeau series and I also read books 1, 2 of Virginia Kantra's Children of the Sea Series. I think I am gonna keep track of what books I read and post them here as I finish them , maybe even post a review.

Well, I totally screwed up my plan to post something everyday. Being sick will screw up many plans. I have been working on one of my hobbies while I have been sick and I may even go so far as to post some picks of it later on. What is my hobby, you might ask? I have recently been getting into Beading. I really like making book thongs. I'm not really good at the jewelry yet, but I am still trying. Making book thongs and cell phone charms is very calming to me and something to do with my hands when I am sitting around being lazy.

I have been going on the net just looking at pages of interest. I found a page that my daughter and I just love. Angrygirlgear.com. I have decided that we are gonna save up and order something. I loved the corsets and shrugs. My daughter loved the kitty and panda shrugs.I added myself to the newsletter there so I could keep track of this site. I wish I could sew, but since I have never learned I am so glad for sites like this.
Well my day has been totally lazy. I didn't do anything except spend it with my family. We played video games, they're stuck on Little Big Planet and Animal Crossing. I just play Animal Crosing and laugh when they lose a life on Little Big Planet. Its nice just to be with your family. I hope everyone had a great day if not a totally productive one.
Well, I started this journal and I have been trying to think of what I should put on it . I finally decided that I would put whatever struck my fancy. I may post reviews of books, movies, whatever.I will just say that this being my first post I won't have high expectations. I will try to keep myself on a schedule and post every day.
Tonight in anticipation of Christmas my children have decided it was time to pull out our copy of Elf. I happen to love this movie, its one of my favorite Will Ferrell movies. Movies like this help me get into the Christmas spirit. Elf, A Christmas Story, A Charlie Brown Christmas are all movies that I have shown my kids. Who wouldn't love movies like these. A Christmas Story is one of my all time favorite movies, Christmas or otherwise.
I will finish this out by saying that I hope everyone gets most if not all of what they want for Christmas and spend it with people that you love.
